[Remote] Senior Account Executive - Cloud & DevOps Consulting Services — up to 200 000.00K base + bonus (Full Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Larouche Raymond Headhunters is an award-winning North American Microsoft partner specializing in cloud and DevOps consulting. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to build out their U.S. commercial team, responsible for direct-sales quota management and building relationships with C-suite executives in the Northeast.
Responsibilities
- Carry and deliver a direct-sales quota for cloud and DevOps consulting services across the Northeast U.S., generating new-logo and expansion revenue
- Run executive- and C-suite-level discovery on cloud and DevOps objectives, then personally author and present tailored, outcome-based proposals through to signature
- Build and maintain Microsoft co-sell relationships with field and partner teams, and convert them into sourced, qualified, progressed pipeline
- Own retention and expansion in existing accounts against defined renewal and upsell targets
- Stand up the repeatable sales engine — pipeline hygiene, qualification, proposal process and playbooks — where little exists today
- Feed market intelligence into demand generation and contribute to pricing, packaging and service-portfolio decisions as a founding commercial voice
Skills
- 6+ years of quota-carrying sales in technology consulting or professional services (not pre-sales/SE, SDR/BDR, or account-management-only tenure)
- Proven ability to lead senior- and C-suite-level discovery on cloud strategy, adoption and DevOps transformation through multi-month sales cycles
- Hands-on, end-to-end proposal authorship — personally writing and presenting proposals, with no reliance on a proposal/bid team or pre-built templates (writing sample expected)
- Experience building technology partner/channel relationships and co-selling with platform-vendor field teams
- Demonstrated net-new hunting — building a territory from near-zero, not managing an inherited book
- Professional, near-native business English (written and spoken); based in the U.S. Northeast and able to travel to customer sites ~10%+ of the time
- Microsoft co-sell strongly preferred
