[Remote] Senior Account Executive

They are seeking a driven sales professional to take ownership of client relationships in the Salt Lake City market, managing the full sales cycle while overseeing the recruiting process for clients.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through outreach, networking, and referrals while managing and growing revenue within your existing accounts
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs and set expectations, then collaborate with the recruiting team to build sourcing strategies and drive fulfillment
- Act as the quality gatekeeper for candidates presented to your clients — reviewing resumes, assessing qualifications and culture fit, conducting phone screens, and making recommendations to hiring managers
- Manage interview scheduling, keep clients informed throughout the process, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Document all candidate and client interactions in our ATS and CRM to keep the team aligned and our pipeline healthy
- Build relationships with Directors, Managers, VPs, and C-level executives at companies in the Salt Lake City market, positioning Trustech as their go-to staffing partner
- Provide strategic guidance to candidates, strengthening our reputation and referral network
Skills
- Three or more years of staffing sales or business development experience in the technology staffing industry
- You understand the full recruiting lifecycle because you've lived it — agency recruiting experience is required
- You know how to open doors, build trust with hiring managers, and drive revenue
- You're experienced with SaaS-based tools including applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and project management software
- You communicate clearly and persuasively, whether you're pitching a new prospect, coaching a candidate, or navigating a complex hiring process
- You're organized, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple clients and priorities with a sense of urgency
- Candidates must be located in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area due to the local client base
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required
