The role involves leading requirement gathering workshops, configuring SAP S/4HANA modules, and implementing Order-to-Cash and Settlement Management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Analyze existing OTC business processes and recommend SAP best practices
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution modules
- Design and implement Order-to-Cash business processes
- Configure Sales Orders, Quotations, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Deliveries, Shipping, Transportation, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management
- Support pricing determination using condition techniques
- Configure sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, copy controls, and partner determination
- Configure output management and document flow
- Work on customer master data and business partner integration
- Configure tax determination and account determination
- Support integration with Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), and Production Planning (PP)
- Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Settlement Management solutions
- Configure Condition Contract Management (CCM)
- Configure customer rebates and supplier rebates
- Configure customer incentives and promotional agreements
- Configure settlement calendars
- Configure settlement document types
- Configure business volume determination
- Configure condition contract types
- Configure settlement processes
- Configure accrual calculations
- Configure settlement pricing procedures
- Configure partial settlements
- Configure final settlements
- Configure delta settlements
- Configure settlement accounting
- Configure settlement document generation
- Support settlement reversal processes
- Support rebate migration from ECC to S/4HANA Settlement Management
- Replace traditional rebate processing with Settlement Management functionality
- Troubleshoot settlement-related issues and optimize system performance
