[Remote] Strategic Account Manager - Healthcare
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Specified Technologies Inc. (STI Firestop) is an industry leader in the development of firestopping systems and innovative construction solutions. They are seeking a Healthcare Strategic Account Manager responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with the company's products or services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned segment
- Lead segment group to meet and exceed STI sales targets
- Establish sales objectives and monthly, quarterly, annual sales quotas
- Create and implement sales plans
- Negotiate and close sales with targeted segment accounts
- Monitor and analyze sales targets and other performance metrics
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on the status of accounts, progress toward goals, and opportunities for growth
- Maintain, develop and coach sales staff of assigned sector group for performance success
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum five years' experience in outside sales
- Exposure and understanding of solution selling
- Excellent communication skills along with high comfort level of presenting to large groups
- Ability to travel within the assigned region several nights each month
- Confidence in public speaking before large groups in the pursuit of educating others on technical subject matter
- High capacity to create and manage a productive schedule without direct managerial oversight (self-initiation)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in identifying and executing growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Ability to build rapport with senior executives and stakeholders
- Management and leadership mindset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decision-making
- Ability to mentor and coach STI sales team members
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or other account management software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering is preferred, but other fields of study will be considered
- Minimum three years' experience in sales with management experience preferred
