[Remote] Sales Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VisionSpark is a growing executive search consulting firm in Worthington, Ohio. They are seeking a Client Strategist (Sales Consultant) who is ambitious and motivated to build relationships with entrepreneurial business owners, providing consultative sales solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow client and partner referral relationships to enhance VisionSpark’s reputation and create long-term client lifetime value
- Achieve personal sales goals while creating raving fans
- Field incoming sales inquiries and follow up on qualified leads
- Prospect, qualify, strategize, and close new client projects and gain repeat business
- Maintain and fully capitalize on the use of VisionSpark’s CRM tool, Pipedrive, to manage contacts, calls, leads and sales opportunities
- Some travel may be required
Skills
- 3+ years of sales (or related) experience
- Business-to-business sales (or related) experience
- Demonstrated ability to increase sales close rate year over year
- Experience developing relationships and closing business virtually
- Tech savvy (CRM, cloud, Microsoft Suite)
- 5+ years of sales (or related) experience
- Previous consultative sales experience
- Professional service industry experience
- Working in and with small to mid-sized Entrepreneurial companies
