AutoCAD Drafter / CAD Technician - Contract to Hire
We're looking for CAD Drafters and Technicians who use CAD software daily. Selected contributors will be paid to record their real CAD workflows using a lightweight app we provide. Relevant backgrounds include CAD drafters, CAD technicians, mechanical design engineers, civil designers, MEP drafters, architectural drafters, and manufacturing or design engineers. Workflows we're interested in
- Opening, reviewing, and comparing drawing files or layout views
- Editing dimensions, linework, labels, geometry, and title block information
- Managing layers, blocks, and object properties Applying revisions from PDF markups, specs, or review comments
- Saving, exporting, and organizing CAD files for review or handoff
- Preparing drawing packages and working across active project files
- CAD software should be the primary focus, but workflows that naturally include other tools (PDF markups, file explorers, email, shared project folders, etc.) are welcome.
Requirements
- Use our recording software to capture and submit sessions
- Record real, day-to-day work — sessions must be continuous and unedited
- Avoid capturing confidential, proprietary, or client-sensitive information (including passwords) Idle or low-activity sessions will not be paid Apply To this Job
