[Remote] Revenue Cloud Consultant

The Revenue Cloud Consultant will work directly with clients to configure and optimize Salesforce solutions, translating complex requirements into effective implementations while collaborating with a senior team to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end configuration of Salesforce CPQ and/or ARM solutions including product catalog, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval workflows, amendments, renewals, and order management
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into documented functional specifications
- Conduct solution design and gap analysis for CPQ/ARM workstreams on net-new implementations and optimization engagements
- Build and maintain configuration documentation, testing artifacts, and handoff materials
- Support UAT, go-live preparation, and hypercare activities
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned workstreams; facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders including Sales Ops, Finance, and IT
- Proactively surface risks, blockers, and scope considerations to the engagement lead
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and internal knowledge base documentation
- Participate in pre-sales discovery and scoping for new Revenue Cloud opportunities
Skills
- 3–5 years of Salesforce consulting or implementation experience
- 2+ full lifecycle Salesforce ARM (fka RCA) implementations with hands-on configuration ownership with concepts including pricing procedures, product catalog, order lifecycle, and billing
- Demonstrated knowledge of Quote to Cash core objects: Products, Price Books, Pricing Rules, Quote Templates, Approval Processes, Amendments, and Renewals
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes and how they map to Salesforce data models
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration: Flows, objects, page layouts, validation rules, permission sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable running client-facing working sessions
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant Certification
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Billing or Order Management
- Familiarity with integration touchpoints (ERP, e-signature, tax tools like Avalara, DocuSign)
- Exposure to Agentforce or Einstein AI features within a Revenue Cloud context
- Apex or Flow automation development experience
