[Remote] Gifted & Talent Teacher Part-Time 2026-27 School Year
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Project Play is on a mission to help others see and celebrate each child’s unique gifts. The Gifted Education Specialist position plays a pivotal role in helping intellectually gifted students with Individualized Education Plans reach their fullest potential by guiding quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients, families, and team members to establish rapport and trust
- Establish and maintain excellent, game-changing service delivery, including via screenings, evaluations, case management, and direct therapy
- Assess client needs, design treatment plans, and collect data to show the impact of services and help clients reach their goals
- Contribute to a team environment that values collaboration, growth, and joy
Skills
- Meets Gifted Education requirements per the State of Tennessee by having either the Gifted Employment Standard or the Gifted Endorsement
- Demonstrates strong organization and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the belief that all children can reach their fullest potential with the right supports
- Believes collaboration, innovation, fun, and a growth mindset are foundational to success
