[Remote] Remote Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound customer communications, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary voice of our brand by managing a dynamic influx of inbound customer phone calls and emails, delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate guidance
- Meticulously track and document all customer interactions, detailed case notes, and specific resolutions directly within our CRM system to ensure seamless continuity
- Collaborate dynamically with cross-functional internal teams—including sales, operations, and billing—to streamline cross-departmental issue resolution
- Identify and flag recurring customer feedback trends, system bottlenecks, or technical issues
Skills
- A minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in the solar energy sector
- Experience managing escalated customer encounters with an innate ability to maintain composure, de-escalate tension, and establish mutual trust
- Highly disciplined and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Mastery of active listening, authentic empathy, clear and concise communication
