[Remote] Regional Sales Manager – East Coast (3627477)

Wetalentia is a fast-growing international company in the sustainable disposable tableware industry, offering premium, compostable, and environmentally responsible solutions. They are seeking a proactive Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast to develop and grow the company’s presence in the U.S. market, focusing on building relationships and generating new business.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across the East Coast, with a focus on high-potential customers in foodservice, HoReCa, catering, hospitality, distributors, event venues, and premium disposable tableware channels
- Identify, approach, and secure strategic accounts capable of generating meaningful order volumes
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and order closing
- Present the company’s product portfolio to prospective clients, highlighting design, sustainability, compostability, functionality, and business value
- Develop relationships with distributors, catering groups, hospitality operators, hotels, event venues, sports and entertainment facilities, and other relevant decision-makers
- Attend selected trade shows and industry events to generate leads and strengthen market visibility
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet clients, conduct product presentations, and close business opportunities
- Collaborate with the company’s international team for pricing, product information, samples, order management, logistics, and customer support
- Provide regular sales updates, market feedback, pipeline visibility, and business development insights to leadership
- Act as a key representative of the company in the U.S. market and contribute to building the foundation for future growth
Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven ability to open new accounts and develop business from the ground up
- Strong hunter mindset, with resilience, autonomy, and a proactive approach to market development
- Ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing environment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with an international team
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time across the assigned territory
- Full professional fluency in English
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors is highly preferred: HoReCa / hospitality, foodservice, catering, disposable tableware, sustainable packaging, paper converting, foodservice supplies, distributors serving hospitality or foodservice channels
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus, but not required
