[Remote] Inside Sales Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Steno is a rapidly growing company transforming the litigation technology industry with innovative solutions for law firms. The Inside Sales Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, engage with law firms to drive product adoption, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to law firms by phone to explain how Steno works and drive adoption of Steno products and services
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal creation and close
- Own your daily KPIs and put in the effort required to hit your sales targets
- Follow the Steno sales process and playbook to maximize results
- Work across teams to ensure a positive customer experience, expand wallet share, and onboard new firms
- Stay current on product and service releases, and relay front-line feedback and objections to help forecast market needs
- Travel to company-sponsored events and client functions to build rapport and deepen relationships
Skills
- 1–3 years of high-velocity or outbound sales experience with a proven track record
- Love being on the phone and see every dial as an opportunity
- Are competitive, motivated by top performance, and uninterested in average results
- Bounce back quickly from rejection and never take it personally
- Actively seek critical feedback and implement coaching to improve
- Can sell with a script, but tailor conversations to achieve the desired outcome
- Are relentlessly focused on execution and metrics
- Pick up new systems and tools quickly; power user of Google Workspace, CRMs, and digital-first communication
- Want to grow with a fast-paced tech start-up
- Build strong cross-team relationships and treat internal stakeholders like clients
