[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive strategic growth in North America by developing relationships with OEM and third-party manufacturing customers, focusing on new business development and expanding existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and expand existing accounts to achieve profitable revenue growth
- Develop subject-matter expertise in our medical wire portfolio and customer applications
- Translate customer requirements into aligned solutions leveraging Alleima capabilities
- Build, execute, and evaluate business plans to meet organizational objectives
- Provide value through strong collaboration—internally and externally
- Support negotiations, pricing, agreements, and quoting activities
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to perform cold calling and effectively manage CRM activities to drive pipeline development
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, medical technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in medical device sales, OEM relationships, or technical consultative selling
- Strong passion for customer engagement, solution selling, and delivering best-in-class service
- Adaptability and a continuous-improvement mindset
- Effective communication skills across diverse teams and customer groups
- Ability to thrive as a collaborative team player in a dynamic and evolving environment
