[Remote] Recruiter - Skilled Trades

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Skilled Trades/Construction Recruiter to join our team! The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and identifying skilled trades talent for multiple accounts, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills to manage a fast-paced recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
• Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements

Skills

• Must have 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles
• Heavy sourcing skills; strong hunter-mentality
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of important details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quickly
• Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
• Experience working program/MSP accounts through VMS platforms a plus
• Experience using Aviante and/or Fieldglass a plus
