[Remote] Senior Marketing Campaigning Manager

Domestic & General is expanding its operations in the US and is looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to enhance customer engagement through data-driven marketing campaigns. The role involves strategic leadership and technical expertise to ensure successful campaign execution and measurable sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across email, in‑app, SMS, digital, and other channels
- Translate commercial goals into campaign briefs, business requirements, and technical specifications
- Own documentation for all campaign-related data feeds, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and version control
- Conduct Data Feed QA, identifying root causes of data issues and coordinating resolution
- Manage and prioritise campaign and technical requests
- Serve as escalation support for customer‑impacting issues relating to campaigns or marketing data
- Monitor campaign performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements to processes, targeting, or automation
Skills
- Deep understanding of marketing data feeds, campaign orchestration tools, and customer lifecycle campaigning
- Skilled in documenting business requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications
- Familiarity with data QA processes, data modelling concepts, and performance troubleshooting
- Comfortable navigating complex dependencies across Marketing, CRM/MarTech, Product, Engineering, and Data teams
- Experience in managing high‑volume campaign pipelines with competing priorities and critical deadlines
- Ability to work with both strategic vision and hands‑on detail, especially in diagnosing data feed or workflow inconsistencies
