[Remote] Recruiter

Anderson Recruiting + Consulting, Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial, high-energy 360 Recruiter specializing in STEM, Engineering, or Construction staffing. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement, in a dynamic remote setup.
Responsibilities
- Drive Business Development: Proactively prospect, cold call, and secure new client accounts within the STEM, Engineering, and Construction sectors across the region
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and place top-tier technical talent for both permanent and contract positions
- Cross-Sell & Collaborate: Capitalize on our deep capabilities by cross-selling other lines of business (including Light Industrial, Onsites, and Office Professionals) where client needs fit—if it fits within the four walls, we don't turn it away
- Act with a Startup Mentality: Wear multiple hats, pivot quickly, and hit the ground running to establish a strong market presence
Skills
- Proven track record in agency recruitment, specifically running a 360/full desk within STEM, Engineering, or Construction verticals
- A strong sales acumen with a passion for business development and a history of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Ability to thrive in a remote-to-start environment, keeping yourself accountable to high activity and fast delivery
