[Remote] Project Manager | Full Time Hours - Temporary
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Miva, Inc. is a leading eCommerce software company dedicated to empowering enterprise merchants and agencies. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead a high-volume portfolio of customer-facing projects, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead 25 to 50+ concurrent, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
- Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Serve as the primary client contact, guiding deliverables, timelines, and enforcing accountability
- Run structured updates, routine meetings, and handle conflict or escalations smoothly
- Monitor team capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage project pacing
- Track project risks, handle scope adjustments, and re-forecast timelines as needed
- Monitor budget burn rates, track project hours, and maintain accurate PM system records
- Maintain scalable delivery templates while ensuring all deliverables meet QA standards and there is alignment with the agreed scope
- Track active project metrics and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement
Skills
- The ability to commit to full time hours from July 01, 2026 until December 04, 2026
- 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in a Professional Services, web development, SaaS, or eCommerce environment
- Experience managing high volumes of concurrent projects in a Professional Services or SaaS environment
- Solid skills in scoping, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication
- Ability to create project plans from SOWs and manage through execution in a high-volume services delivery environment
- Experienced user of project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or similar
- PMP or CSM certification
- Experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or integration
