[Remote] Product Marketing Manager

They are seeking a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead their go-to-market and positioning strategy for Payments specific business applications, focusing on driving software sales and expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build a coherent product and industry marketing GTM strategy
- Create product and industry messaging frameworks
- Define and build buyer personas
- Coordinate cross functionality to prioritize and execute go-to-market initiatives
- Deliver campaigns messaging, strategy, and offers strategy
- Develop sales tools, playbooks, and sales enablement programs
- Develop product-centric, customer-facing assets (e.g., pitch decks, brochures, product tours, ROI calculators, etc.)
- Plan and manage product launches and all internal and external communications
- Support integration of any relevant acquired companies (M&A)
- Develop competitive positioning for product(s), including battlecards, win/loss analysis
- Guide customer advocacy and customer use cases to validate our messaging
Skills
- Degree in marketing or business, or comparable education/experience
- 5+ years product marketing experience for a B2B software company
- Experienced with B2B sales, SaaS/Cloud software
- Experience working with ERP platforms
- Compelling storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset who can engage and educate customers and prospects
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, demand gen, customer marketing, creative, PR
- Ability to prioritize projects effectively, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, content writing, and presentation skills
- Experience with sales enablement tools, competitive analysis tools
- Willingness to embrace change and new technology tools, including AI
- Growth, data-driven, and performance-driven mindset
- Bonus: marketing experience within the FinTech and/or payments space
- Pragmatic Institute certification and/or MBA desirable
