[Remote] Healthcare Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. V Group Inc. is an IT Services company focused on the public sector, including state and federal contracts. They are seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards, analyze data from various sources, and provide actionable insights to improve decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, modify, schedule, and execute standard reports, ad-hoc reports, and recurring reports in sql, my sql, and power bi
- Utilize performance analytics to prepare reports and dashboards, including trend analysis, performance analysis, predictive forecasts, and text analytic
- Provide counsel, leadership, and direction to service receivers regarding the relevant, accurate, and efficient calculation of key metrics, reports, dashboards, analysis, and use of system
- Improve, maintain, modify, and create detailed and accurate documentation on technical reporting processes and procedure
- Provide training and consultation to peers on reporting, dashboards, and analytic
- Proven ability to successfully prioritize and execute multiple task
- Comfortable working through ambiguous situations to define precise requirements and priorities then drive actionable outcome
- Proven ability to train and consult on designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboard
- Deep understanding of data sources, data extraction methods, how to use and apply data to business decisions, and what data is needed and means for business outcomes and decision

- 3+ Years of Experience with SQL
- 3+ Years of Experience with Power BI
- 3+ Years of Experience working with Large Data Sets in a Government Environment
- 3+ Years of Experience with Excel
- 3+ Years of Experience with Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR)
- 3+ Years of Experience with Medical Terminology
- Health Information Exchange (HIE)
- HL7
- SQL SQUIRREL
