[Remote] Product Manager - Revenue and Growth

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pinnacle Pet UK is looking for an energetic and driven Product Manager to join their Revenue and Growth department. The role involves shaping and evolving the pet insurance proposition while collaborating with various teams to drive product initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Translating business strategy, customer insights, and regulatory requirements into clear product actions
• Partnering with commercial, marketing, operational, and development teams to lead product change initiatives from concept right through to implementation
• Working closely with data scientists to generate insight and support evidence-based product decisions
• Enhancing product distribution across aggregator and direct routes to ensure our propositions remain competitive
• Ensuring strong consumer outcomes and compliance with Financial Conduct Authority requirements and Consumer Duty expectations

Skills

• Strong product management capability, ideally within a regulated or financial services environment
• A strategic and operational thinker who can link day-to-day product activity to wider business goals and commercial priorities
• Curious and proactive, with a track record of constructively challenging the status quo and bringing forward practical ideas
• Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret market, operational, and customer data to make sound product decisions
• An excellent communicator who can influence, challenge, and build credibility across a range of stakeholders
• Highly organised, boasting excellent project management skills and an exceptional attention to detail
