[Remote] Financial Controller

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TechCXO is a vertically integrated manufacturing and consumer products company seeking a Financial Controller. This executive leadership role involves building the financial infrastructure to support growth and acting as a strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing all aspects of financial management and ERP optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management functions
• Develop timely monthly financial statements and executive reporting packages
• Lead ERP optimization and business process improvement initiatives
• Implement profitability reporting by customer, product, brand, channel, and business unit
• Own inventory accounting, manufacturing costing, and variance analysis
• Develop KPI dashboards and real-time management reporting
• Manage banking, treasury, financing, insurance, and benefits relationships
• Support strategic planning, capital investments, and growth initiatives
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance and administrative team
• Partner with operations leadership to improve margins, inventory turns, and cash flow

Skills

• 10–20 years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Manufacturing experience required
• Experience implementing and optimizing ERP systems
• Strong expertise in inventory accounting and standard costing
• Demonstrated success supporting multi-channel businesses
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Comfortable operating as both strategist and hands-on problem solver
• CPA preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred; plastics, extrusion, molding, industrial products, packaging, or consumer products preferred
