The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving service delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers to enhance satisfaction and generate service opportunities
- Develop tailored account strategies and solutions based on customer needs
- Coordinate and track customer interactions, scopes of work, and service estimates
- Manage sales administrative tasks, including booking agreements and quotes
- Effectively network and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
Skills
- 2 + years of experience in the buildings industry (BAS, Security, or Mechanical)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with strategic and critical thinking
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
- Solid business and financial acumen
- BFO/S experience and Reporting Competent
- Microsoft Word & PowerPoint Strong Competence
- Estimate360 Competent
- Tableau Competent
- Verbal and Written communications Expert
- Customer C.A.R.E. Mindset Expert
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
