[Remote] Recruiter

HubSearch is the global leader in recruiting within the HubSpot platform ecosystem, seeking an exceptional recruiter to help deliver for clients. The role focuses on candidate delivery, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate lifecycle stages while building relationships with various professionals.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, interviewing, building relationships and managing candidate lifecycle stages with talented digital marketers, marketing strategists, HubSpot product experts, creatives and any other professionals our clients need to grow their teams
- Using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems to find, engage, nurture and lead amazing candidates through interview processes
- Building relationships, presenting opportunities, describing the amazing cultures of our clients in a compelling way, deeply interviewing for skill and culture fit
- Having the more difficult conversations about things like compensation, interview prep and critical interview feedback
- Owning and balancing multiple searches simultaneously, always focused on a healthy balance of quality and volume
Skills
- At least 1 year honing your skills as a professional recruiter: sourcing passive candidates, building great relationships, interviewing, managing interview processes and closing offers
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (we are highly tech enabled.)
- You are metric driven and familiar with being held accountable for your recruiting performance
