[Remote] Digital Marketing Manager, Startups

They are seeking a versatile and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to focus on planning and executing paid media, webinar, and outbound lead generation campaigns to drive signups for their programs.
Responsibilities
- Plan, promote, and execute demand generation and lead generation marketing programs for the startup program
- Drive acquisition through paid media, webinars, web placements, and outbound marketing initiatives
- Design and manage outbound lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, social media, web, and paid advertising channels
- Support digital marketing initiatives including content creation, email marketing, social media strategy, and campaign analysis
- Develop audience-specific messaging and campaign content
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize programs based on data
- Partner with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to align on lead quality and follow-up strategies
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools for campaign execution and reporting
Skills
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience within startup ecosystems and startup-focused marketing campaigns
- Proven success executing lead generation and demand generation campaigns
- Experience managing paid media campaigns and webinar marketing programs
- Experience with channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Product Hunt, email marketing, and social media
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and/or Marketo
- Strong copywriting and messaging development skills
- Data-driven approach with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance
- Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience
- Basic graphic design skills
- Basic video editing skills
- Experience increasing program registrations, applications, or signups
- Experience marketing to startup founders and early-stage companies
