[Remote] Product Manager

Curate Partners is seeking a Product Manager with deep healthcare domain expertise and a strong background in Value-Based Care to lead the strategy, development, and execution of products that improve patient outcomes while optimizing cost and quality performance. This role requires the ability to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable product solutions and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver impactful healthcare initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Value-Based Care initiatives, aligning with organizational goals around quality, cost, and patient outcomes
- Translate clinical, operational, and financial requirements (e.g., care gaps, HEDIS/Stars measures, risk adjustment) into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including clinical teams, analytics, engineering, and operations to design and deliver scalable care management and population health solutions
- Drive prioritization decisions based on business value, regulatory requirements, and impact on patient outcomes and provider performance
- Lead Agile product delivery, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning while ensuring alignment across teams
- Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, track KPIs (e.g., cost of care, utilization, care gap closure), and continuously optimize product capabilities
- Support modernization of healthcare workflows, including patient engagement, provider workflows, and care coordination programs
Skills
- Professional Product Management experience, preferably within healthcare technology or health services
- Strong experience with Value-Based Care models (e.g., ACOs, risk-based contracts, population health, care management)
- Proven ability to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable product solutions and technical requirements
