[Remote] Technical Recruiter

The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, understanding their career goals, and guiding them through the interview process while maintaining a high-quality workflow.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through a structured, high-quality workflow that reflects our brand, utilizing multiple tools
• Connect with candidates by phone, understand their strengths, and evaluate technical and cultural alignment
• Learn each candidate’s career goals, personal drivers, and long-term interests so you can guide them with care and accuracy
• Write clear candidate bios that help clients understand why the candidate fits their needs
• Support candidates through the interview process and act as a trusted advisor who focuses on alignment, not transactions
• Keep all activity well-documented in our CRM and ATS to ensure a smooth and consistent process

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must live in or around the Philadelphia, PA or Raleigh, NC area
• Coachable, motivated, and open to feedback. Success is teachable when the desire to learn is strong
• Comfortable and confident speaking with people throughout the day
• Driven, organized, and business-minded with an interest in achieving results the right way
• Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with careful attention to detail
• Interest in a consultative recruiting environment with room for real growth
• Recruiting experience is helpful, although not required
