[Remote] Product Designer (Learning & Careers Platform) - Volunteer

They are seeking a Product Designer to improve user experience and accessibility for their innovative AI-powered learning and careers platform.
Responsibilities
- Help shape an innovative AI-powered learning and careers platform for children and young people
- Improve user experience, accessibility and engagement, ensuring the platform is intuitive, inclusive and inspiring for learners from all backgrounds
- Review, refine and improve the user experience of the platform
- Help improve user journeys and support delivery
Skills
- Experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, Service Design or Digital Experience Design
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Experience designing digital products, platforms or online services
- Ability to simplify complex user journeys and workflows
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma
- Experience designing learning platforms, EdTech products or online communities
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with gamification, engagement or behaviour-change design
- Interest in education, careers guidance or social impact
