[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to engage with potential AWS clients, build relationships, and drive business growth in the AWS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals
- Develop account strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand Avahi’s customer base
- Build productive relationships with AWS sales teams to foster collaboration and drive mutual success
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, at client organizations
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' challenges and aligning Avahi’s cloud solutions to address their needs
- Engage clients with tailored presentations and solutions that showcase Avahi’s expertise in AWS cloud transformation
- Collaborate with Avahi’s technical teams and Solutions Architects to craft customized proposals for cloud migrations, modernization, and DevOps services
- Lead discussions with clients to demonstrate the ROI of AWS solutions and secure buy-in from decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in HubSpot
- Provide regular forecasts, updates, and insights to sales leadership
- Monitor progress toward sales targets and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Avahi services
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams on prospecting campaigns and demand-generation activities
- Share insights and feedback to enhance Avahi’s sales strategies and service offerings
Skills
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within a technology or cloud services company
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and their applications in solving business challenges
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating technical discussions with clients
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline management and reporting
- A consultative sales approach with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to clients
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or equivalent knowledge of AWS services
- Experience working with or for an AWS Partner organization
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler
- Strong network within the AWS ecosystem or cloud computing industry
