[Remote] Payroll Human Resources Information System Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GQR is seeking a Workday professional to take ownership of Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking within a growing HRIS environment. The role involves configuring and enhancing Workday while collaborating with HR and Payroll stakeholders to support workforce processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to configure and enhance Workday
- Support key workforce processes
- Troubleshoot issues
- Drive continuous improvements across the platform
Skills
- Hands-on Workday experience with Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking
- Strong HRIS or Workday functional configuration background
- Experience supporting payroll operations, leave programs, and time management processes
- Ability to gather requirements, optimize business processes, and deliver system enhancements
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
