[Remote] Oracle ERP Finance and SCM industry leader (2 roles)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NeerInfo Solutions is seeking an Oracle ERP Industry Principal with a Finance background. The role focuses on Oracle ERP Financials Program Management and Delivery, requiring extensive program management experience and a strong understanding of finance processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Oracle ERP Financials Program Management/Delivery
- Provide best practice guidance on Finance process and implementation approaches
- Possess extensive experience on Program Management
- Sound knowledge in business processes across Finance domain
- Engage with client’s organization in developing strategies, roadmap, analysis & design planning
- Designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress
- Resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Defining the program's governance arrangements
- Managing the program's budget
- Ensuring the delivery of services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget
- Managing third party dependencies in the program
- Managing communications with all stakeholders
- Managing risks to the program's successful outcome
- Good domain/functional understanding
- Good understanding of core finance processes with exposure to Oracle AP, AR, GL, SLA, FA and CM modules
- Experience in business strategy & assessment of oracle ERP financials
Skills
- This position may require travel in the U.S
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- At least 13 years of IT experience
- At least 12+ years working on Oracle EBS /Cloud ERP
- Experience in Oracle ERP Financials program delivery & consulting on global implementations, roll-outs, product upgrades and support
- Strong program management experience with expertise implementation methodologies like agile scrum
- Engage with our client's organization in developing strategies, roadmap, analysis & design planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Defining the program's governance arrangements
- Managing the program's budget
- Ensuring the delivery of services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements
- Managing third party dependencies in the program

- Worked with fortune 500 organizations in delivering finance transformation engagements with tangible outcomes
- Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience and specifically to CXO level
- Experience in hi-tech industry is a plus
