[Remote] Strategy Consultant, Crimson Rise

Crimson Education is a New Zealand-based Edutech company focused on transforming students into future leaders through personalized education. They are seeking a Strategy Consultant for their Crimson Rise program, responsible for guiding young students and their parents in developing academic, extracurricular, and personal developmental goals.
Responsibilities
- Guide students in pre-college academic strategy, including:
- Course selection
- Developing healthy study habits
- Recognizing and building on strengths
- Finding and maintaining an innate love of learning
- Guide Students In Pre-college Extracurricular Strategy, Including
- Pinpointing and owning interests and dislikes
- Exploring new extracurriculars and hobbies
- Deepening established extracurriculars and hobbies
- Brainstorming personal projects
- Summer activity planning
- Guide Students In Personal Development, Including
- Goal-setting
- Stress management
- Time management
- Reflection on priorities, interests, motivators, and strengths
- Guide Students In Additional Developmental Work, Including
- Building tailored reading lists
- Improving vocabulary
- Exploring majors and careers
- Taking supplementary online classes
- Help students become happy, healthy, clear-minded thinkers confident in their inherent value and able to engage passionately with their interests and the world around them
- Expertly support students through their Crimson Rise journey
- Meeting with students at least once a month from the start of their program
- Excellent student feedback, as determined by session feedback and NPS
- Adherence to established service protocols and timely responses to clients
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from a top University; advanced degrees will be advantageous
- Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
- Superior planning and organisational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, product management a plus
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Resilience when working independently under pressure
- Experience in formal education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting
