[Remote] Multi-State Human Resource Manager (Senior Living)

The Multi-State Human Resource Manager will lead HR functions, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture while partnering with the Executive Team and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and HRIS processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance documentation
- Advise leaders on employee relations, performance, and policy matters
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns while ensuring legal compliance
- Deliver trainings and keep handbooks, policies, and job descriptions up to date
- Partner with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and terminations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR vendors and represent the company in hearings as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
- High emotional intelligence, organizational skills, and ability to build trust across all levels
- Healthcare or senior living experience preferred
