[Remote] Mid-Market Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. n8n is an open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. They are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to help convert strong inbound leads into high-value customers and expand their presence in the US market.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, with a focus on mid-market accounts (
- Engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs), guiding them through the evaluation process
- Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline—50% of our pipeline is US-based
- Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure smooth onboarding
- Refine and shape our US sales motion, working alongside leadership to optimize playbooks and strategies
- Be a key voice in our US expansion, helping us build the foundation for future growth
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar)
- Proven success in closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products
- Top performer: You have a track record of being in the top 10% of your sales team
- Hunter mindset: You have a proven track record in outbound sales
- Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline—we're currently 100% inbound
- Experience working with technical buyers and navigating proof-of-concept evaluations
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment
- Based in Boston, New York or Texas
- Bonus points: You have experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage
