[Remote] Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Supervisor
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UPS is a Fortune Global 500 organization seeking a Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Supervisor. The role involves leading HR initiatives, analyzing HR metrics, and partnering with business leaders to enhance organizational performance and culture.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Supports the development and implementation of organizational design models that align with business strategies
- Champions automation and technology solutions to enhance HR operations
- Leverages AI and emerging technologies to support strategic HR initiatives
- Leads and supports HR operations and COEs, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic goals
- Partners with business leaders to identify workforce needs and implement talent strategies
- Manages complex employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Collaborates cross-functionally to support change management and organizational development initiatives
- Demonstrates ability to navigate ambiguity and apply advanced problem-solving skills to drive clarity, make informed decisions, and deliver effective solutions in complex situations
Skills
- Must have completed a master's degree within the past two years. Preferred study: Business, Human Resources, Organizational Design, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Business Analytics
- Must have 0-3 years of HR experience (internships or HR assistant roles)
- Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate
- Must be willing and available to report to the UPS Corporate Office in Atlanta on a daily basis
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience with HR data and reporting tools, including familiarity with AI tools used in HR (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics, Pymetrics, etc.)
- Proven ability to analyze current organizational structures and provide recommendations for improving efficiency
- Demonstrates ability to quickly learn new information and apply knowledge
- Exhibits strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Shows knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Demonstrates ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (such as Power Bi & Excel): experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Shows ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Maintains commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
