[Remote] Marketing QA Analyst

They are seeking a Marketing QA Analyst to ensure marketing materials meet regulatory, brand, product, and quality standards while collaborating with various teams and leading process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Review & Approve Marketing Materials: Conduct automated and manual reviews of complex and high-risk marketing collateral to ensure compliance with insurance regulations, brand standards, and product accuracy; communicate required revisions and escalate content when necessary
- Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Act as a subject matter expert supporting marketing, product, and compliance teams during content development and campaign planning, providing guidance on regulatory requirements while supporting business objectives
- Support Campaign Execution & Lifecycle Management: Track approvals, manage asset lifecycles, monitor expiration timelines, and ensure materials are accurate, market-ready, and removed or renewed as needed
- Lead Audit & Governance Activities: Maintain documentation and reporting to support internal and external audits; collaborate with partners to ensure approved materials remain accurate, accessible, and properly governed
- Drive Process Improvement & Team Development: Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and best practices; mentor team members and support the ongoing development of quality assurance standards
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, compliance, or marketing operations - insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of insurance marketing compliance requirements, including regulatory and brand review standards (e.g., NAIC guidelines, state DOI requirements)
- Experience using compliance monitoring and workflow tools (e.g., PerformLine, Smarsh, Proofpoint, Hearsay) and digital asset management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams
- Experience reviewing marketing or advertising materials in a regulated industry, preferably within insurance

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
- Able to travel occasionally (approximately 5% annually) to attend events and in-person meetings (travel reimbursed)
