- Follow a clear process with training provided

- Experience in consultative sales, business development, relationship-based growth, and account management
- Ability to build trust with clients, assess interest, and guide next steps
- Value human-centered communication and long-term relationships
- Consistency with follow-through
- Genuine interest in leadership education and personal growth
- Applicants must be currently based in the U.S. or Canada
