[Remote] Associate Account Executive (School- Southeast Region)

Lands' End is a company focused on providing school uniforms, and they are seeking an Associate Account Executive to support the Account Growth Manager. This role involves managing sales activities, ensuring client engagement, and assisting with account management to maintain strong relationships and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Support assigned schools by assisting with ongoing client communication, follow-ups, and requests
- Help maintain strong relationships through consistent touchpoints and responsiveness
- Assist with order coordination, program updates, and issue resolution in partnership with Sales Operations
- Ensure schools receive timely information related to products, timelines, and program execution
- Assist the Account Growth Manager with daily sales activities, including meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and outbound support
- Support scheduled outreach and engagement aligned to the AGM priorities
- Help coordinate and schedule meetings, including, reviews and check-ins
- Identify and flag potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities for the AGM to pursue
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
- Ability to consistently and accurately document opportunities and track each stage of the sales process in the CRM
- Assist with preparing materials related to opportunities, quotes, and account reviews
- Partner with Sales Operations to support:
- Order setup and execution
- Program launches and changes
- Client-specific processes and reporting
- Act as a reliable connection point between the AGM, BDE, Sales Ops, and other Cross Functional Partners
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and activity tracking
- Support reporting needs related to account activity and pipeline
- Ensure consistency and organization across assigned schools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of sales support, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfort working in CRM systems and cross-functional environments
- You must live within the region FL, GA, AL or MS
- Professional certifications are a plus
- Interest in developing within a sales or account management career path
