[Remote] Marketing Manager - Digital III
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LeadStack Inc. is seeking a passionate, data-driven Marketing Manager to support the growth of their North America Public Sector business. The role involves driving end-to-end campaign planning and execution in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to generate measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Support Public Sector and Education sales by executing targeted content assets, webinars, and events that drive pipeline
- Align and collaborate with SDR and BDR teams on recent/upcoming campaigns, lead flow, and follow-up strategy to drive post-event and post-campaign engagement
- Partner with field marketing, campaigns, and PMM teams on communication, enablement, and bottom-of-funnel tactics (e.g., one-pagers, exec dinners, roundtables, case studies)
- Collaborate with extended teams such as Go-to-Market, Digital Transformation and Sales Programs to execute holistic line of business strategy
- Coordinate with external vendors to execute digital marketing programs and non-tier 1 events, ensuring deliverables and sponsorship benefits are fulfilled
- Build targeted lists, support paid media and digital activations, and align with SLED email nurtures and campaign calendars
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing summaries and insights to sales and field marketing leadership
- Assist Education and Public Sector field marketing leadership in planning and execution of quarterly campaigns that drive leads, build and mature pipeline, and close business
- Support Education and Public Sector sales teams by executing targeted content assets, webinars, and events that drive pipeline
- Support field marketing on communication and enablement to amplify key activations and demand generation efforts
- Partner with field marketing lead & PMM to execute bottom-of-funnel tactics (one-pagers, exec dinners, roundtables, case studies, etc.)
- Coordinate with external media vendors to promote digital marketing programs and ensure successful campaign execution
- Partner with the campaigns team to build targeted lists for paid media strategies, support execution of digital activations, and ensure alignment with email nurtures
- Assist in maintaining campaign calendars, deadlines, and project trackers
- Pull data from dashboards to provide post-activation summaries for sales and field marketing
- For non-tier 1 events (without dedicated field events support):
- Curate event materials and collateral (agendas, handouts, etc.), leveraging existing campaign assets or creating new ones as needed
- Coordinate with third-party event vendors to ensure deliverables (logos, promotions, collateral distribution) are fulfilled and sponsorship benefits leveraged
- Work with campaigns to submit post-event nurtures and handle onsite coordination details
- Support sales by organizing and deploying event-in-a-box toolkits for smooth execution
Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Excellent strategic & technical thinking
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Default to execution with the ability to write materials that present complex concepts effectively across multiple personas, and at both the tactical and executive levels
- Highly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid, sometimes ambiguous environment
- High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Works well under pressure and in a high-growth environment that is constantly changing
- Track record for delivering under tight deadlines
- Experience creating and delivering integrated marketing, email marketing, and nurture campaigns that deliver high impact
