[Remote] Senior Account Executive (NY/LA)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tapcart is a mobile commerce engine that powers shopping for Shopify's fastest-growing brands. The Senior Account Executive will engage with brands to enhance their mobile experience and drive sales, utilizing AI tools for outreach and account research.
Responsibilities
- Get in front of the brands building the future of DTC and help them see what a great mobile experience can do for their business
- Use AI to research accounts, personalize outreach, and create assets that deliver value to your prospect’s inbox
- Bring energy into every call with merchants and teammates alike
- You’ll be a true owner from first email to signed contract and work side-by-side with Sales leadership, Solutions, and key stakeholders, while staying close to the customer to deliver value early and iterate quickly
Skills
- 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS ecommerce or Shopify ecosystem is required, not a nice-to-have
- A track record you can point to quota attainment, deal size, what you learned when you missed
- Comfortable prospecting. You're supported by other channels, but this isn't a pure inbound role
- You don't sleep on leads. Ever. You'll get on a plane if that's what it takes
