[Remote] Marketing Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Marketing Analyst to join our team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations that will guide our marketing efforts to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels to identify trends and insights
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and website traffic
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, utilizing data visualizations and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and objectives
- Generate actionable recommendations based on data analysis to refine strategies and drive informed decision-making
- Assist in the creation and rollout of value-added programs, platforms, initiatives, and processes to enhance and build relationship management tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or financial analyst role using data, analytics and insights in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Data Studio, and technical expertise regarding data models, data mining, and pivot tables, spreadsheets, and visualization techniques
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data
- Location in Buffalo, NY is preferred, however, we may consider remote candidates in NYC or Boston areas
