[Remote] Market Operations Coordinator

The Market Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring client reporting and deliverables are completed accurately and on time, while supporting client-facing initiatives and maintaining organized documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the client reporting process, partnering with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations
- Identify and help resolve discrepancies in reporting, escalating complex issues as needed
- Act as a liaison between Client Services and internal departments to facilitate communication and follow-through
- Assist with client-related deliverables, including fulfilling requests and supporting Account Executives and Sales Coordinators
- Maintain accurate and organized client account documentation, including reporting schedules and trackers
- Ensure consistency and accessibility of operational records
- Proactively identify and resolve routine operational issues
- Contribute to process improvements by streamlining workflows, enhancing communication, and increasing efficiency
- Support the development and refinement of procedures and documentation
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or healthcare operations required
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across teams
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset
- Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience in managed care or health insurance strongly preferred
- Experience with project tracking tools or CRM systems preferred
