[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking an Account Manager who excels in client interaction and organization to help businesses succeed with their hiring platform.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage client accounts, ensuring home service businesses succeed with our hiring platform
- Serve as the main point of contact for business owners, guiding them through hiring funnels and best practices
- Build strong relationships with clients and keep them engaged through video calls and ongoing support
- Use CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage accounts, track activity, and stay organized
- Collaborate with our internal team to deliver results and continually improve the client experience
Skills
- Great communication and organizational skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer/client-facing role (We interpret 'customer/client' broadly for this role, so if you were, for example, a teacher, your students would have been your customers)
- Tech fluency, especially with CRMs (Hubspot, etc.) and video communication tools (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.)
- High excitement for joining an early-stage company and using AI tools daily
- Comfort working directly with small business owners and decision-makers
- A people-first mindset - you get energy from client interactions and love to serve others
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
