[Remote] Manager, Marketing Analytics

The Manager, Marketing Analytics will lead measurement and analysis across various marketing channels, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement across paid media, Amazon, and retail channels
- Lead and establish best practices for marketing measurement including MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that track KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, incrementality, and funnel performance
- Partner closely with the Growth team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing budgets
- Analyze customer acquisition trends by channel, cohort, and product to inform growth strategy
- Provide clear recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and best practices across marketing analytics methodologies
Skills
- 5-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related role
- Strong background in analyzing paid media performance across platforms such as Meta, Google, Amazon, and TV media
- Proficiency with analytics and data tools including SQL, Python or R, and BI platforms
- Expertise in MMM, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience working in DTC, omnichannel, or a digitally native brand preferred
