[Remote] Sales/Account Manager

They are seeking a driven Account Executive to expand their client portfolio through business development and consultative guidance, supported by an experienced recruiting team.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, social selling, and other outbound prospecting strategies
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand hiring needs, build relationships, and uncover new business opportunities
- Prepare and present professional services proposals
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to manage the full placement process
- Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring and market trends
- Maintain and grow a book of business across a variety of industries
- Act as a market expert and trusted advisor to hiring managers
- Consistently meet defined activity goals related to client calls, client visits, and new client acquisition
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Comfortable prospecting through a variety of channels, including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and social selling
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales and activity goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on warmth, customer service, and engagement
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and effectively manage your book of business
- 2+ years of business development or account management experience within the staffing and recruiting industry strongly preferred
- Candidates with a proven history of B2B sales success will also be considered
- Bullhorn experience is a plus
