Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote therapeutic care through our structured 8-week evidence-based programs, focusing on enhancing participants' mental health and behavioral skills.
  • Track and monitor client progress effectively, providing timely follow-up communication and care coordination recommendations, while maintaining meticulous documentation of session notes.
  • Actively engage in case management, collaborating with the care team to ensure that participants have access to appropriate resources, while managing consent and authorization requirements.
  • Identify participants at high risk for safety issues and adeptly navigate those situations following established protocols to ensure participants' well-being.
  • Contribute to a harmonious work environment by participating in regular meetings with supervisors, engaging in monthly team meetings, and attending organizational Town Halls.
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and the organization’s confidentiality policies, ensuring all practices align with legal standards and ongoing training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus Our counselors work with a diverse population, including adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Participants are individuals seeking meaningful change in their lives and who are dedicated to engaging with structured therapeutic approaches to develop healthier behaviors. Our counselors play a pivotal role in empowering participants to overcome challenges and build lasting, supportive relationships.

Qualifications

  • A current and valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
  • A stable schedule for patient sessions and willingness to maintain consistent and timely communications with clients is essential.
  • Clinical expertise in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with demonstrated experience using solution-focused strategies.
  • A strong passion for positively impacting lives and commitment to advancing the future of behavioral health care.

Preferred Experience While not mandatory, experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems would be advantageous. Prior involvement in multidisciplinary teams and knowledge of community resources can enhance your ability to effectively support client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary between $115,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
  • Weekly direct deposit payments for your convenience.
  • Full-time employees are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
