Based in Berlin, our international team delivers impactful campaigns on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram , and other major platforms for leading gaming brands . What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain
relationships with gaming influencers , agencies, and managers
- Recruit creators for global marketing campaigns
- Scout and onboard new talent to expand our influencer network
- Negotiate partnership deals and secure competitive rates
- Bring creative campaign ideas to the table
- Track KPIs, campaign results, and prepare performance reports
- Stay on top of gaming and influencer trends to identify new opportunities
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing within gaming, esports, or a related field
- A deep understanding of gaming culture and current trends
- Hands-on experience working with gaming creators, esports teams, or gaming brands
- Familiarity with YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram , and other relevant platforms
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in
English (other languages are a plus)
- A proactive, independent mindset and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
