Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients through our secure telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to comprehensively evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices, addressing the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Educate and support clients' families to enhance participation in the recovery process and reinforce therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and privacy standards are upheld.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide integrated care tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus You will be working primarily with pre-screened clients who are stable and present low acuity needs. This focus allows you to concentrate on providing support and therapeutic interventions without the pressures associated with higher acuity cases. Your role will be vital in fostering mental resilience and promoting recovery among adolescents and young adults, guiding them through various life challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is essential for this position.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using software tools for telehealth, including electronic health records (EHRs) and communication platforms, is necessary for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience delivering telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with innovative care frameworks and a willingness to undergo training in our specialized treatment pathways are expected.
• Demonstrated ability in utilizing technology for therapy delivery, with advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage clients and document therapeutic progress.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
