The role involves building relationships within the legal industry, managing the recruitment process for legal candidates, and developing a personal book of business.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, client interaction, and placements
- Develop and grow a personal book of business over time
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve skills and increase production
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the recruiting & staffing industry placing law firm candidates
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, client interaction, and placements
- Understanding of the relationship-driven nature of legal recruiting
- Commitment to building a long-term career in the industry
- Candidate-driven relationship builders
