[Remote] Korea Market User Growth Hacker

They are seeking a Korea Market User Growth Hacker to scale AI users in Korea by leveraging cultural insights and user behavior to create effective growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build growth experiments to acquire, activate, and retain Korean users for AI products
- Study Korean user behavior across social platforms, communities, entertainment trends, fandoms, and consumer habits
- Turn cultural insights into campaigns that feel native to Korean audiences
- Create and test ideas quickly across content, creators, communities, partnerships, referrals, landing pages, and product positioning
- Identify where Korean users spend time online and how they talk about AI, productivity, entertainment, creativity, and consumer products
- Work with creators, communities, and cultural partners to launch small but smart growth tests
- Analyze results and turn experiments into repeatable growth playbooks
- Collaborate with our creative, strategy, and client teams to localize campaigns for Korea
- Help us understand what works, what doesn’t, and why
Skills
- Native or near-native in Korean, with strong English communication skills
- Deeply curious about Korean culture, especially pop culture, entertainment, K-pop, K-drama, webtoons, gaming, beauty, fashion, memes, creators, and fandom behavior
- Obsessed with how people behave online — what they click, share, save, comment on, and talk about privately
- Comfortable with experimentation — you don't need perfect instructions to start
- Scrappy and creative — you can come up with ten ideas, test three, kill two, and improve one
- Interested in AI products and how Korean users may use AI differently from users in the U.S., Japan, or other markets
- Able to think both creatively and analytically — you can make a campaign feel culturally right, then look at the numbers honestly
- Not afraid to fail — as long as you learn fast and keep moving
- Experience in growth marketing, creator marketing, community building, social media, startups, entertainment, fandom strategy, or consumer brands
- Familiarity with Korean platforms and communities such as KakaoTalk, Naver, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Naver Cafe, online forums, or creator ecosystems
- Ability to create quick content, write sharp Korean copy, or brief creators
- Speaks English, Korean, Chinese or any additional languages
- Have passion in creative, content, and entertainment industry
