[Remote] Junior App Growth & Project Manager (W-2 Position)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bonbrain LLC is a dynamic and growing mobile app studio that builds innovative iOS and Android applications. They are seeking a highly organized and data-oriented Junior IT Project & App Growth Manager to help keep development sprints on track and execute growth strategies to scale their user base organically.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily workflows, tracking sprint progress, and organizing tasks using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Slack)
- Research keywords, optimize App Store/Google Play listings, and monitor basic analytics to improve visibility and conversion rates
- Help coordinate app submissions, manage beta testing, and ensure marketing materials (screenshots, descriptions) are ready for launch
- Act as a bridge between development and marketing/content creation (UGC) teams to ensure everyone is aligned on product updates and features
- Keep an eye on competitors, user reviews, and market trends to suggest new features or improvements
Skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (Permanent Resident)
- Must be willing to undergo standard employment verification (Form I-9) for W-2 payroll onboarding
- 1-2 years of experience or relevant internships in project management, digital marketing, or mobile app operations
- Basic familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, Trello, or Asana
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent written communication
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles
- Experience with App Store Connect or Google Play Console is a huge plus
