[Remote] Group Product Manager - Cybersecurity
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Volexity is a Washington, DC-area based cybersecurity company specializing in threat intelligence and incident suppression services and solutions. The Group Product Manager – Cybersecurity is responsible for defining and driving the product vision and roadmap across Volexity’s cybersecurity solutions portfolio, overseeing multiple product lines and collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap across Volexity’s cybersecurity solutions portfolio
- Oversee multiple product lines, working closely with engineering, threat research, incident response, and sales teams
- Lead product discovery, gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements
- Define product requirements and guide products through the full lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration
- Analyze product performance and use data and customer feedback to inform decisions
- Ensure alignment with company strategy and revenue goals
- Mentor product managers and foster collaboration across teams
- Represent the product vision with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
Skills
- Product leadership and strategy skills, including Product Management and Product Strategy, with experience defining vision, roadmaps, and success metrics for cybersecurity or technical products
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret product usage data, customer feedback, and market research, and translate insights into clear product decisions and priorities
- Team Leadership experience, including mentoring product managers, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving alignment among engineering, research, sales, and customer success teams
- Product Development expertise, including managing end-to-end product lifecycles, writing requirements, working with agile teams, and delivering high-quality releases on schedule
- Significant experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or incident response environments, with the ability to understand technical concepts and customer pain points
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Business) or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience in a senior or group product management role; prior leadership of multiple products or product lines is strongly preferred
- Advanced degree is a plus
